Whole world SPLAT! data files.

These are compressed datafile from the SRTMv3 90m/3 arc second data.
This is an improvement on the v2.1 data as it has void fill.  

These were converted from the hgt files to uncompressed Splat Data Files (sdf)
This is about 77gb uncompressed, and there's little penality on modern CPU's from using the compressed versions.
